Core
Support Services
These services encompass assisting individuals with their activities of daily living, including grocery shopping, personal care, meal preparation, assistance with finding accommodation, providing transportation for appointments and social gatherings and much more.
Capacity Building Support
These capacity building support services focus on enhancing social and community engagement by offering transportation and assistance during community events and teaching individuals basic life skills, such as chores and meal preparation for greater independence. Additionally, they provide training on using public transport for commuting to work or school.
Improved Relationships
These services aim to improve relationships by offering support in training support workers with strategies from a positive behaviour support plan to enhance safety. Additionally, a registered behaviour support practitioner can develop a customised plan to help families and support workers better assist individuals.
