My Choice Support Network is an NDIS registered boutique disability support service provider in Victoria.
Our service provides a range of support services to persons living with a disability who require assistance to maintain independence in their daily life and connection with the wider community.
Choice & Control
Persons living with a disability have a right to live a meaningful life just like everyone else. It is a human right.
At times due to one's condition they are not able to achieve this without support from others. That is where we can assist!
My Choice Support Network can provide client-focused, skilled support workers and other disability-specific supports that can support a person to achieve both short and long-term goals which in turn can lead to a fulfilling life with optimum choice and control for the participant.

Core Supports
Assistance with Daily Life
Provide Travel to and from your appointments and to meet up with friends and family in the community.
Assist you to buy groceries and shop at your local grocery or shopping centre
Assist you to make healthy meals at home or in accomodation
Support you in short or medium term accomodation at one of our accessible properties. Also with Supported Independent Living
Capacity Building Supports- Increased social and community participation -Improved Daily Living Skills
Provide transport and support while you participate in community events
Assist you to learn how to do basic chores and prepare simple meals independently.
Provide training on how to use public transport to your workplace or school.
Improved Relationships
A registered behaviour support practitioner can develop a positive behaviour support plan that can help your family and support workers to support you
We can help you to train your support workers using strategies in your positive behaviour support plan that can keep you and your support workers safe.
If your Positive Behaviour Support Plan has any restrictive practicies we can work with you to reduce them over time.

Having your NDIS funding plan managed gives you more choices when it comes to providers. Our Network partners offer an easy straightforward sign-up process, monthly updates on your funds and how it is being spent and any timely payments of invoices to your chosen providers.

Our Garden/Lawn care services are designed to help you keep your green spaces healthy and tidy. Take the stress out of gardening and instead relax and enjoy the benefits of having us take care of it for you.
Cleaning Services
Keeping your space clean and organised is a great way to keep your physical, mental and emotional health in check. Our service can help you maintain your home space regularly or as needed. We use a mix of support workers or professional cleaners and we are certain that our service will meet your needs.
