Who Are We?
My Choice Support Network is an NDIS-registered boutique disability support service provider based in Victoria.
We offer a variety of support services to individuals living with a disability, helping them maintain independence in their daily lives and stay connected with the wider community.
Our commitment extends to creating safe and inclusive workplaces, policies, and services for people from LGBTIQ+ communities and their families.
We also pledge to promote inclusivity, diversity, and respect for Indigenous communities. Sovereignty was never ceded, and we are dedicated to meaningful reconciliation and cooperation with Indigenous peoples.
At times, due to one's condition they are not able to achieve this without support from others, and that is where we can assist!
My Choice Support Network can provide client-focused, skilled support workers and other disability-specific supports that can support a person to achieve both short and long-term goals which in turn can lead to a fulfilling life with optimum choice and control.

Assistance with Daily Activities
We support clients with daily activities like getting out of bed, brushing teeth, and getting dressed, with trained workers catering to both you and your family. Additionally, we assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and cooking healthy meals at home.

Group And Centre Activities
At My Choice Support Network, we offer person-centred group activities five days a week, from 10 am to 4 pm, in a home-like environment tailored to our clients' complex needs. Our dedicated staff provide creative arts, recreational outings, and social events to enhance personal development and community connection.

Our inclusive community events offer safe, fun ways to socialise, with programmes catering to diverse interests. Highlights include weekly disco nights, trivia challenges, Disco Dating events, and competitive game days.

Short Term Accomodation and Supported Independent Living
Our Short Term Accommodation services offer flexible, temporary stays for individuals with disabilities needing respite care, transition support, or a short-term break, with round-the-clock assistance for a stress-free experience. Our Supported Independent Living options help individuals live independently, with personalised support plans to meet their goals and preferences, ensuring freedom and peace of mind.

At My Choice Support Network, our staff are trained in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to provide high-quality, person-centred care tailored to your needs. Our practitioner collaborates with you and your support network to develop a PBS plan that promotes positive behaviours, reduces challenges, and aims to minimise restrictive practices, ensuring support that is effective, respectful, and aligned with your values.
